YusufDindar:

Yusuf is a BCom graduate from the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS) having majored in Marketing and Business Economics and completed his MBA through Bond University, Australia with emphasis on entrepreneurship. In his passion for assisting and facilitating businesses survive, grow and thrive, Yusuf is an Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business which allows him access to a global network of resources from all four corners of the globe.

Yusuf is the CEO of Afrinaissance Mining bringing with him his rich network established over the last 15 years of successful industry experience. Some of his most successful projects include strategic advisors to many a government stakeholder from Minister to DG and operational heads as well starting up and developing multi million rand business in the ICT, Consulting and retail industry to name a few.

Bonakele(Bobo)Pemba:

Bobo focuses on the marketing and strategy of the company. He is a former MK combatant and later trained as a diplomat in Dar es Salam, Tanzania. On his return, Bobo worked for a subsidiary of the Post Office (Pensecure (Pty) Ltd) as a marketing director, subsequently he joined the Post Office as Regional Manager Retail in the Eastern Cape. He is a founding member of the George Pemba Art Foundation and Gallery as well as the very prominent Eastern Cape Awards.

PuvenRamasamy:

Puven is a merchant banker by profession and has worked for a number of large multi-national merchant banks, including Dresdner and SG. Puven handles the corporate finance function, including share structuring, capital raising and acquisition drive for major growth.

PillaiPrabaharan:

Pillai is an honours graduate from the City University (London). Pillai started his career in Information Technology and designed and developed a large scale ERP system that dominated the Australian Commonwealth Public sector market. He is the CEO of South African based Magnum Simplex International and a director of HR Focus. Prior to that he was a director with the Australian based Management Solutions (Pty) Limited for over 20 years.

Pillai’s role within Afrinaissance Mining is to assist the company strategically and to act as a conduit to the Australian investment community. He also assists the CEO of Afrinaissance Mining in identifying and implementing systems and processes to allow the company to expand and diversify.

CassimShariff

Cassim has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and is responsible for strategy, corporate advisory services, deal structuring and capital raising for Afrinaissance Mining. His credentials include the founder and director of Selang Resources a BEE partner to BRC Diamondcore, as well as director of C-Resources & Mining. Cassim serves on the board of HoHup Corporation SA as acting non-executive chairman. Cassim also serves on the Department of Science & Technology Hydrogen & Fuel Cell R&D Review Panel. He was the founder and CEO of iplab consulting and previously the COO of Magnum Simplex International.
